The strength of a matcha latte is comparable to a cup of a coffee, but without the acidity and sometimes sweaty, jitteriness that can come with too much. Here is a simple and quick recipe to incorporate into your a.m. routine or even for a mid-day pick me up.
Magick Matcha Latte
Servings: 1 • Time: 5 minutes
1 tsp of Magick Matcha elixir powder
8 oz of almond milk (ideally made fresh with organic almonds)
1/2 tbs of raw honey or agave (optional)
a small splash of hot water
Add matcha powder and raw honey in your mug. Then using a splash of hot water, melt the honey and blend matcha powder evenly until all matcha clumps are broken apart. Steam or heat almond milk on the stove until hot. Then slowly pour hot or steamed almond milk over your matcha until you reach the brim of your mug. Sip and enjoy.
