• 1 Cup Chopped Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 Cup Plain dairy-free yoghurt , or yoghurt of your choice
• 1 Tablespoon Botanical Lucidity Radiance Powder
• 2-3 Tbsps Maple Syrup
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• Optional & recommended: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh lemon balm or mint and 1 tablespoon fresh edible flowers (lilac or rose)
.:. For the Drizzle .:.
• 3 Tablespoons White chocolate of your choice
• 1/2 teaspoon of Botanical Lucidity Japanese Matcha
• 1 Cup Plain dairy-free yoghurt , or yoghurt of your choice
• 1 Tablespoon Botanical Lucidity Radiance Powder
• 2-3 Tbsps Maple Syrup
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• Optional & recommended: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh lemon balm or mint and 1 tablespoon fresh edible flowers (lilac or rose)
.:. For the Drizzle .:.
• 3 Tablespoons White chocolate of your choice
• 1/2 teaspoon of Botanical Lucidity Japanese Matcha

1. Add the yogurt to a medium-sized bowl and mix in the powder, vanilla and maple syrup until everything is well-mixed.
2. Add the strawberries and fresh herbs or flowers and stir until mixed.
3. Add 1/8-1/4 cup of the mixture to silicone molds or to a parchment-lined baking sheet, and place in freezer until frozen through.
4. Melt the white chocolate and stir in the matcha powder until completely mixed.
5. Drizzle the chocolate over the top of each yogurt bite and enjoy!
