Adaptogenic Golden Chai Muffins

Servings: 8 Muffins • Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp Adaptogenic Golden Chai elixir powder
  • 3 egg whites (room temp)
  • 3 eggs (room temp)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup grade-A maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix all wet ingredients (eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla). Then mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl (Golden Chai elixir powder, coconut flour, baking soda, pink Himalayan salt). Fold all the dry ingredients slowly into wet ingredients until contents are fully blended. Oil a muffin tin and pour adaptogenic Golden Chai muffin mix into 8 different cups. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool. Top with honey and enjoy.
